Returns Policy

We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

365-Day Warranty

We offer a 365-day warranty from the day you receive your product. This covers clear defects in material and workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

30-Day Exchange & Return

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can exchange, receive credit, or request a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Refunds or credits for non-quality issues cannot be processed after this 30-day window. Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return. Please note that items received through an exchange are not eligible for another exchange or return.

If we make a mistake with your order (such as the wrong prescription or incorrect items), we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and offer a replacement, full store credit, or a full refund. If the error is on your part, you will need to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

1.For a credit or refund, the original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable. Your credit or refund (excluding the shipping fee) will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned package.

2.For an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) once we receive your returned package. Please note that the price of the new item(s) should be equivalent to the original, and you will need to cover any price difference.

Order Modification/Cancellation

To modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team. Changes to the shipping address (except for changes in the country) or billing address, or merging orders before shipment, can be accommodated. If the order has already shipped or is in the processing stage, you may need to cancel the order and place a new one.

Besides, for any requests for modification/cancellation, if the items have been under the processing stage, please refer to the chart below to check the additional charges as the processing fee.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Due to possible transportation delays, processing your refund may take an additional 3-7 business days. Refunds cannot be issued to any card other than the one used to make the purchase. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, we will issue the refund as store credit only.
